Meh, Technician is useful to me. Since most higher power moves have lower accuracy you can just use a weaker move that is boosted and still have accuracy.

its to deal with fighting, X sixzors to deal with dark, bite, psyice and shadow ball, fighting i do need a better fire counter then a grass type though.

That Raikou was brutal. And shiny. *grabby hands* ;.; I actually prefer the normal colouration though.

Actually I expected it to have Fly if it had Protect. .-. My logic is weird though.
And Toxic can be learnt by like every Pokemon so you have to expect it for everything.
