Shaylene smiled softly to herself as the boy sat behind her. She figured that was fine enough and she looked to the other side of her, noticing another Ravenclaw girl beside her. She offered her a small smile before looking back up to the ghostly figure as he continued on about the Goblin war. She began to scratch down notes, her eyes following the paper, slumping ever so slightly to the side.
She was always fairly good about keeping up with notes, marking down key points and knowing she'd have everything under wraps. If she needed to she'd even go back and add notes from the history book later on. She looked at the textbook which she'd pulled out upon request and followed the words. She shook her head in amusement. The ghost was so old that he was actually reciting from the book. She idly wondered if he wrote it.

Timothy looked up at Skylar, head tilting slightly and he watched the back of her head a moment before he looked back down to the text book. He'd never really paid very much attention to her before. He hummed softly to himself, following along as the ghost read along with the text.
His eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly in concentration as he tried to focus on staying awake. He squeezed his eyes shut occasionally, his eyes shutting and he licked his lips and he let his hands curl in his lap, resting his head against the cold page of the text book.
