Kestrelclaw spotted Foxcloud eating a baby rabbit a little ways off and approached her casually. "Hey, Foxy. Wanna come with me and Ivycloud and Sootpaw to the Moontree?" he asked with a friendly smile.

"Oof!" Cinderpaw grunted as she was knocked to the ground by Specklepelt's powerful hind legs, but she was back on her paws in no time at all. She pounced onto Specklepelt's back and clung there for a few seconds, then pounced right off again to avoid being crushed beneath the weight of her mentor and attempted to slip in for a swift belly-rake, remembering to keep her claws sheathed as she did so.

Milkflower was awakened by the low, grumbling sounds of her stomach. She blinked open her eyes sleepily, only to close them again with a sigh when she saw that it was still raining. She planned to fall right back asleep and ignore her hungry belly, but with each loud rumble it produced, she gradually began to grow impatient and finally gave in. The she-cat sat up and smoothed out her slightly ruffled fur with a few swift laps of her tongue, then strolled out of the warriors' den and over to the fresh-kill pile. She picked up a small but plump mouse from the pile and then went quickly to go eat it underneath the shelter of a tree.

"Alright, then!" he said, and trotted out of camp. He called over his shoulder, "Where do you think we should go?"

Maplefur:
Maplefur picked up a mouse and sat down underneath a tree. "Hello, Milkflower." he said.

"Then off we go!" Kestrelclaw began to march out of the camp and into the open forest, Sootpaw, Ivycloud, and Foxcloud right beside him. "I haven' been to the Moontree since I was a lil' apprentice like you," he told Sootpaw. "I still 'member the way though. My ol' mentor, Petalfur, made sure o'that, haha! She would'n let me do nothin' but 'pay attention, young Kestrelpaw!'" He imitated her high-pitched voice at the end of his sentence, then continued. "If I even started showin' signs that I was gettin' sleepy, she'd whack me over the head like I was a mouse-brained frog. Pretty strict mentor, I tell ya, but she was still good." He purred at the memory of the pretty gray tabby that had mentored him so long ago. Not long after Kestrelclaw had become a warrior, Petalfur had gotten into a skirmish with a StreamClan patrol and had been killed by accident when one of the opposing cats knocked her back into the face of a rock and she hit her head hard, losing consciousness instantly. Thankfully, she hadn't felt any pain because it was so sudden, but Kestrelclaw had been devastated that his mentor had died in such a way. He still missed her sometimes, but he had moved on since then.

(I think I'm gonna make a form for Petalfur later on, so that she can be added to the list of StarClan cats. I probably won't really roleplay as her much though.)

Mallowshade followed her gaze to the outside of the den. "Scorchtalon's still sleeping, huh? Well...I suppose I could maybe train with you for a bit, just until he wakes up or until the other apprentices are less busy and you can spend more time with them."

Cinderpaw panted with the effort as she rammed her head straight into Specklepelt's chest, knocking her back and getting to her paws once again. She sprung onto her mentor's back and struck her over the head with a paw.

Milkflower turned calmly to face Maplefur. "Hello, Maplefur," she purred. "Have you come to join me for breakfast?"

Specklepelt quickly rolled, she caught Cinderpaw under her. Now free from Cinderpaw on her back she leaned on her back legs coming down fast and hard towards her belly.

Cinderpaw caught Specklepelt quickly by her forepaws with her own, stopping her just before she dropped onto her stomach and then kicking her off with her hind paws. She picked herself up and tackled her mentor to the ground, pinning her down and pummeling the she-cat's belly softly.
