She does have a reputation for random spooking events here and there, which is why I thought it appropriate to call her ash; supposedly calm, but can jump back to life in an instant. She enjoys standing out in pasture by herself as opposed to being within a herd, being as she will get aggressive over food and attention from humans. She's extremely gentle and good-natured with children, although if your an experienced horse-person, don't expect her to let you get away with the "rookie's mistake".
