Batfang turned around to see Vineheart padding over to him. "Hello, Vineheart," he greeted her kindly. "Nothing much. I just woke up from a nap after hunting with Cloudsong and accidentally crossing the SecretClan border. We got caught." He was still a bit angry about that. He didn't want to be known for intruding into other Clans' territories. "What about you?"

Cinderpaw looked around the camp for another apprentice she could talk to or play with.

"Nothing much,hunting" she looked at her paws then looked at him

"Yeah,it doesn't matter" Coalpely sighed

"Ah, yes. I think a lot of us have gone hunting today. I doubt we'll be going hungry any time soon." He chuckled lightly as he glanced at the fresh-kill pile, which was practically spilling with prey. Turning back to Vineheart, he asked, "So, how have you been?"

"Great,I'm great,how are you?" She almost purred but held it back,so she meowed it instead.

[Cradily]

"That's good to hear," Batfang purred. "I've been doing pretty well myself, although a bit restless as well. I sort of wish that I had my own apprentice. I've never had one before, but it seems like a lot of fun. I suppose I can only hope that I'll be assigned as Applekit's mentor when she reaches six moons old."
