Diptail felt better with those ticks gone and a new moss bed but didn't say thanks, instead he said "What about food? I am hungry!"

Pebbleface gave the apprentices her thanks and curled up in her moss bed.

Specklepelt congratulated Ivycloud as the cat walked by "Congradulations for becoming deputy!"

Silverpaw ran back to camp and brought the elders a rabbit."Here you go" she said dropping it in front of them "Anything else you need?"

Diptail ignored her and started eating some of the rabbit.

"Thank you dear, I think this will be all for now but I am sure Diptail will figure out something" She gave them a smile and waved with her tail.

Silverpaw dipped her head and padded away.She grabbed a finch off the pile and padded into the nursery " Anyone hungry?"

Ivycloud smiled as the cats congratulated her. "Thanks," she would meow if a cat congratulated her. Once she heard Larkpaw she got tense. Is she plotting to kill me or something? She wouldn't be able to be deputy, though, anyway.
