Answer: People always seem to get sick around Valentine's Day (probably because it is in the dead of winter XD ). If Tarent's crush got sick, he'd be devastated but the following is what he would do. First he would bring her favorite treats, possibly some sweet ripe strawberries or some crunchy long carrots, and set them down into a basket. Next to the treats he would set something to remind her of the first time they met, a stone from the stream they happened to be both quenching their thirst at or some bark from the woods near the prairie they were grazing in. The last thing he would set in the basket is a bouquet full of flowers picked for their meanings: a branch of apple blossoms as a promise, a handful of Gerraniums for comfort, a few Orchids to symbolize her delicate beauty, Red Roses representing his passionate love, some Yarrow for good health, and Ivy wrapped around the bouquet for fidelity. He would present these to her along with fresh spring water and some honey combs (which you can just eat btw they are DELICIOUS).
