okay guys glas needs coding help
this is the monstrosity
i really don't like the huge block of text on the right, or the structure of the little box thingy. the only thing i actually do like somewhat is the list of basics and a few of the colors. so, suggestions? how do i make this less hideous?

idk i'm not a really graphic design/aesthetic person, but can you put them all in one row? basics on the far left, image in the center ish far left, and the text to the right by stacking some {left}{/left} codes together? maybe put some long thin bars on top and bottom as like a little pleasant border, stick some stars or symbols between the basics / image / text / on top of the thin bars border or something?
is this making sense?

also ok so I recently updated the format for my blog and I think I like how the sidebar came out but I'm iffy about the background. for some reason it just seems off to me. should I make it darker? lighter? put a texture on it? OPINIONS????

  about only 15000 people live in america because of a flood and live on an island [ an old mountain ]. the twist is that every year they have a ceremony where they do two things- chose out of every 18 years to pair up and take children from last year's pairs to auction "their bodies". the way that works is the founders of the city have a machine they were given from the government to give older people the bodies of younger's. it was at first meant for research throughout the years, but people used it for bad.

yes, and they take the kids from the 18 year olds that were paired the year earlier and 'auction' them off the next year after the new 18 year olds are paired.

also, i was thinking that maybe there should be the rich and the poor. the rich buy the bodies and the poor are paired and give their children away, working for all their lives.

sorry it's so confusing!
