Skylar Dakota

Skylar took out her notebook, quickly scribbling a simple check list with all the animal species and a little square box next to them. She made sure to include the animals who's exhibits were empty, just in case they were filled later. "Ok, so I'll have to meet the orcas, dolphins, sea lions, walruses, and belugas. Doesn't seem too hard..." She said to herself, placing a sharp pencil in the binding rings before rushing towards the exhibits.

Darren|The Trainer

Darren looked down at his map of the zoo, pulling his knapsack higher on his shoulder. He rolled the map up and adjusted the glasses covering his eyes and sighed. *Warum ist Amerika so schwer ... He scoffed under his breath, checking in at the front desk as he went to his cabin/hotel. Once getting situated, Darren walked out of his cabin/hotel and went back to the zoo. He looked at all the animals, peering into the cages and furrowing his brow. Darren went to change into a swim suit and went on into the dolphin area, listening to the calming clicks of them. He spotted a Bottlenose (Khione) and grabbed a bucket full of fish. He grabbed a clipboard and found what her name was and all about her before sitting down at the edge of her pool with his feet dangling in the water. Hey there...Khione. Darren said softly, taking a fish out of the bucket and holding it close to him.

Khione

Khione cocked her head in the slightest way as a male trainer in a wetsuit sat down on the rim of the pool, his feet dangling in the warm water. He held up a bucket of fish after saying something warmly, although she didn't know what. Slowly but gracefully, Khione glided through the water; her eyes on the fresh fish. Once she reached the boy, the Bottlenose quickly snatched up a small mouthful of fish from the bucket, their silver scales gleaming softly. She retreated a few feet to eat her well-needed meal in peace, whistling and clicking after she was done. Again, she swam forwards towards the boy, her head still cocked in a cute way.

Darren|The Trainer

Darren chuckled softly, and got a few more fish in his hands before inching down into the water until the pool water was up to his shoulders. He held the fish firmly as he swam around in the water slowly, trying to get her to follow him though he thought it would be pretty hard since all the marine animals had come either today or yesterday, and were getting use to their pools. 1 down...way more to go. The boy chuckled again, clicking his tongue to mimicking a few sounds of Khione.

Khione

Khione watched blankly as Darren tried to mimick a dolphin, wading around with fish and trying to mimick clicking sounds. From the way she was staring, it wasn't too hard to tell that she was thinking: Seriously? You expect me to do that? or You do poor animal imitations. The Bottlenose, instead of following him around, stayed put, and suddenly became interested with the pool's water. You'll have to try harder than that... You look like a fat walrus! She thought, still intently studying the water while clicking.

Ivory

Ivory swam at a lazy speed in her new enclosure. She examined the water and dove as deep as she could, wondering if there were any clams. She concluded there weren't and heave herself on dry land, ready for a nap. No! She told herself. Explore! She explored some more and swam deep, trying to found anything that would interest her.

Skylar Dakota

Skylar decided to start with Ivory, the walrus. She seemed pretty friendly due to her little info-log, and she was a walrus. She hadn't seen a walrus in person before, so she had decided to check out on her first. A large bucket of all the animal's favorite foods was supposed to be hoisted on her back, but she had dragged it all the way to the medieval-based walrus exhibit. Some cute shield decorations were plastered on the rocks, and there were some stones poking out of the pool. "Hello..." Skylar started nervously, forcing a smile. "You're Ivory, right? Nice to meet you! Sorry if I seem kind of touchy, I'm new here..." She dug through the bucket, scooping out handfuls of fresh clams and tossing them into the water. "I heard you love clams, so I brought some!"

Khione

Darren cleared his throat as he lifted himself onto land again, sliding a bit on the wet surface before getting to his feet. Don't want to follow, no fish for you. Darren scoffed, running a few fingers through his hair as he took up the clipboard to look at all the other animals. Hmm, a Orca seems dangerous...I'll go visit a Orca or two if there are any.... The boy mumbled, picking up the bucket as he started to walk away. Darren saluted Khione as he left, and started to head towards Solas's exhibit. It took him a few minutes to get there, jogging most of the way. The boy flipped his hair as he walked to the pool where Solas was and peered over the edge. Solas? Solas you here boy? Darren tossed in a fish to see if the Orca was there are not, or just hiding.

Ivory stared at the newly thrown clams in the water. She had only seen and consumed them on one other occasion. First, she swam over to the island and got on it. Next, she did a little wave with her left flipper, barked a thank you, bowed, and dove into the water. She was taught to do that for each meal by her old owners, who thought it was cute.
