What Are Hooded Dragons?

Hooded Dragons are a recently discovered type of Eastern Dragon. They can have 2, 4, or the rare 6 legs. Their front legs are dexterous and hand-like, their middle legs are more paw like and not as dexterous, though they can still grab things, while the back legs are paw like and not dexterous at all. They can have no mane, short manes, medium manes, or full manes. It is rare for them to have curled horns, though not unheard of. Hooded Dragons, affectionately dubbed Hoodies and HDs, are twice the size of an average human (6 feet) at the shoulder. They never show their faces to anyone except those closest to them, such as their owner or mate. Hoodless dragons are always blind, and generally very bad-tempered. Hooded Dragons are extremely volatile to anyone who is not their owner, though some exceptions apply. Can you tame one of their wild hearts?

Why you Like her:
When I first saw her, she caught my eyes with her colours. Blue and brown are my favourite combination. Though I bet she doesn't like people saying it very much... She's very beautiful little girl. She can have a family if she wanted to in my home, meet some of my characters, maybe even find true love since Valintines day is coming.
She has such a simple design it makes her just perfect to see her personality, simple yet cunning, smart yet shy, kind yet tempered.

Why you Like her: I just really love blue and brown, it's a beautiful and natural color scheme, like a waterfall, so that means that I genuinely love her. She also looks so secretive and yet so sweet at the same time. Her innocence glows, but I know she can't be that innocent, she must have flaws, and I can't wait to learn about them and just more about her period. I think I'll write a story... *trails off thinking about story ideas and Flappy Bird.*

scrolling upon the hood dragons species thread, none of the open ones struck me as a design i wanted, until i came upon gale. she really struck me as amazing. her design is so perfectly put, and her colors were well chosen. if i win this hood dragon, i wont be trying out for anymore, because gale is my dream hood dragon. i promise to take good care of her, draw her often, roleplay with her, and put her to good use!
