Finally, Doeheart found the herbs she needed. She leaned over, and grabbing the stem with her teeth, began to dig. She found a few more of them, repeating the process. She carried the large roots back to the barn.
In the distance, she could her cats, and the unmistakable sound of Blazefire's voice. She flattened her ears and trudged back to the den.
"What happened?" She asked in a yowl, dropping the roots at the entrance.

"What do you mean?" Silversky asked looking at her, and getting up to put the burdock roots away.
