(This pet is still growing) wow really, have CS ever done something like this before

In this case, I'd say it's more similar to the Tess Wood Dogs of June '09. All of the blond pups turned into this adult:

Most of them were fully grown, but a scant few were still growing. Those scant few later sprouted wings into this:


So it's not unheard of for it to be in adult lineart and not be grown. It just doesn't happen -too- often.

I am pretty certain that the Wood Angel grew straight from pup to having wings, as I recall thinking I had a late grower at first, so I think this will be the first dog to have this occurrence in adult lines, without including the green Moonflight dog we had some time ago that fooled us into thinking he was still growing~ Oh well, I guess my memory must be failing me.

If you check the archives, it says the non-wing grew out of the pup at day 25, the winged at 27. :3
