Shrugging, Dapplestar turned and leapt on the high rock. "Cats with hearts of ice, gather!"
Without waiting, she turned to Lilykit.
"I, Dapplestar, leader of the Dark Forest, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this kit. She has trained hard to understand the ways of our code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn."
"Lilykit, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do."
"Then by the powers of the Dark Forest, I give you your warrior name. Lilykit, from this moment you will be known as Lilythorn. The Dark Forest honors your strength and willingness, and we welcome you as a full warrior of the Dark Forest."

Wolfkit chanted as well, would a proud smile.
