The sunlight flashed from his glasses as Ceylon turned his head and glanced into his shop windows. His ears fell flat against his head and a snort had almost, almost, escaped him. He then lashed his tail a bit more angrily and watched the mare in his store. He then moved only his eyes to the crystal pony before him "I will, don't you worry." He almost whispered. Why was it so hard for such things to just go well for him.

Royal gave the mare a smile. "Thank you" She said, pleased the pony did not scream... With a kind nod and a flip of her bangs Royal turned back to her friends and headed down the street. It would have felt awkward that she did not stay to converse with the pony longer if the unicorn was not as famous as she was. There was very little time to talk with others at signings, concerts, and other relatively crowded events. Her band mates were the only true ponies Royal felt she could sit down with and have a proper chat with. Even if it was just rambles or horseplay she genuinely enjoyed their company. And perhaps that was why even when they were allowed to go off on their own the band stayed mostly together, they just got on quite well! Or at least Royal Rocker saw it that way.

Lost in her thoughts the maroon mare nearly fell flat on her face when she stumbled over a crack in the sidewalk. "Bloody 'ell" She yelled before catching herself. Royal snorted a bit and fixed herself then looked over to see if anypony had witnessed her clumsiness. It was a good thing the mare had mastered the Poker Face, otherwise her cheeks would have been a deep pink from embarrassment.

Mirth almost dropped the book, and her ears flattened. (I totally planned this.)
She spun around, she was scared. She now recognized the crystal pony as being part of the guard, she stayed rooted to the spot. Unsure of what to do.

Once their questions had been answered and they were again on their way, this time with a little direction, Roy slowed down to walk in step with his friend Dye. He was fairly comfortable with the rest of the mates, but Tie he'd known the longest. They'd met in ponyville, when Corduroy just moved away from home and for sometime worked part time alongside the other stallion in a little clothes shop. It was fun most of the time, and Roy really had nothing but respect for Dye and his love for clothing, but it didn't suit the drummer very well, leaving Dye to clean up after him.

Even though they were... somewhat close, Roy got a little nervous talking to him still. "So, um, h-how you liking the city so far? Kinda different from home, right?"

Dye walked along with the band members, his head sunk low. His ears were tired of the constant honking and yells of ponies attempting to get the attention of a taxi driver. He was not fond of loud noises, ponies, or environments, as ironic as it was. He was used to working in the department store, in his workplace. The loudest noise was usually just the chittering and chattering of customers, which was never an issue for Dye.

His ears and eyes turned to Roy, who began a conversation with him.

"There isn't much of a difference. Well, the amount of noise generated is pretty annoying. How are you holding up?"

Reverent looked to Ceylon as he announced his actions. She wanted to see this, she didn't often get to watch such justice being done. She was always the one giving it out as the guard, though she was on vacation so that was no problem now. She looked back to the mare in his store and magically opened the door for Ceylon. "I will be here if it gets. Rowdy." She said pretty sure that it wouldn't get that far. The mare inside seemed to realize her mistake, and even seemed to recognize her. As impossible as that seemed, she sure didn't know this mare and had never seen her in the Crystal Empire.

Ceylon watched the door and felt a small spark of envy that he had no such powers. He then entered his shop, a sharp gaze moved towards the mare in his shop, He gave a short snort through his nostrils "You need to leave, My shop isn't open yet." He stated simply and moved towards her to usher her out of the small building. His eyes flickered down to the book on the floor and his ears flattened again, how rude.

Mirth bit her lip and stooped down to pick up the book, she put it back on the shelf just as it was before and slowly backed out of the shop. "Bye!" she said, as soon as the warm sunshine hit her back, and with that she darted away.
Feeling very embarrassed of herself, usually when she got this way she would think of things that made her happy and go do one. Food, for one made her happy.
As she walked she thought of a good place to eat, Joe's doughnut shop. It was his third franchise, one in Canterlot and and with another in Ponyville; with a skip she walked into his shop.
The warm smells of baking and cinnamon and the low chatter of ponies was inviting enough to make her want to live in this shop forever!
