I just noticed that a couple of mine say full grown too. Did they always say that and I just never noticed or is that a change?

A few changes, such as the tail, and mabye floppier ears....i think both linearts are cute :3

I believe the positioning of the head is also slightly different, and the new line looks a bit smoother. Personally, I much prefer the new one. <3 The tail is just too adorable.

The PPS is the one that's full grown. There's just no PPS tag on him/her.
