Ashstar padded on the soft snowy ground. She heard a small noise and dropped to a hunting crouch. She looked around, to find a quite large pigeon. She padded towards it slowly, then pouncing, landing on it and getting a good grip. She bit the neck, killing it. She pouned off before it hit the floor, swiping her mouth. She picked it up and quickly buried it.

Coallight followed her example, quickly killing a sparrow.

(I kind of want Coallight to have kits in a little bit, either of you guys have charries open to be her mate? 0.0)

When he was about half a fox-length away from it, he pounced on it, squeezing the air out of it and enjoying its helpless wriggling before dealing the fatal bite to the back of its neck.
