Tiga nodded for Tamashi and Yara to relax their grips. She couldn't do much damage even if she did turn again. "How? Tell me how to help you. Tell me what went wrong."

"I can't remember anything...The only thing I know of is hate...So I guess I'm taking it out on pups..." She looked away from Tiga, holding back tears...

Tiga placed her paw on the she-wolf's shoulder, frowning. "It's alright. I'm here for you." She padded closer, giving her old friend a friendly nuzzle. "We can help you. But first you have to help us. Let the pups go."

[Bolt1784]

"They're in that hole. Most of them are dead..." She whined, pointing to the hole that was blocked by a rock.

Tiga growled under her breath, her eyes staying calm. "Release the alive ones. We can help them." Her eyes darted over to Rako, who was pacing silently back and forth in the shadows of the bushes. She smiled weakly at him, but didn't signal for him to come yet... Only when he was needed.

The female walked over to the hole and moved the rock out of the way. "Come on guys..." She sighed, reaching in and lifting out four badly injured pups, then she got Ink JR out too. "...There's one more, but she's already on her way..."

[Solanum]

"No matter. Get her out please." She motioned with her head for Rako to come with herbs, but to be careful. She still couldn't be trusted...

Rako nodded to her and padded towards them, beginning work immediately. He started work on the one most injured first, watching the she-wolf intently, hoping that he would get to the dying pup in time.

Huddled in the back of the dead pup hole, the old Leader's pups stood, shivering. They had played dead so that the female wouldn't kill them, as she had killed their parents. They had no idea where their father was. They had even forgotten their names.

Willow watched over Rako, she wanted to see what he was capable of.

Karrie felt useless, she hadn't helped at all with attacking the wolves holding her grandson. She growled at the new leader's wolves.

Barti sat on a rock, staring at the skies. It wasn't fair, that Dark, Raven, and Ink had all come back. Why not Yuki?

Shiva smelled the sharp scent of fear. From pups. "Chako, you smell that?" the other female snarled, "Yep." Shiva's best friend charged off towards where the scent was coming from. Shiva began pacing, worried about what might happen.
