For the deputy of a clan names Waterclan fire may seem like a bit of a jinx. But if you met Firestorm you would understand why she is named what she is. She is the perfect compliment to Owlstar. She can be angry and fierce, but gentle and soothing. She often comes across as quite cold and ruthless but that is merely due to her not wanting to appear soft. She is one of the best swimmers in the clan and often takes it upon herself to ensure apprentices are ready to enter the water. When dealing with other clans she can be fierce, angry and slightly forceful. But she is never mean, never seeks out conflict.

Name Reasoning: Fire- fits her just fine. She's not much of a -storm cat, though. She's aggressively stern, yes, but -storm cats are more turbulent and wild. She has a lot of discipline to her, something a -stormer wouldn't be able to posses. To add to that, as contradictory as it sounds, she fits a -stream more than anything - she's an incredibly skilled swimmer!
Alternative Name: Firestream. -stream covers her skills, and it does the job of sounding like what we call in the business "hardcore metal".

Character Rating: 7/10
Character Reasoning: You do have something with the attitude and discipline, but it feels a little messy otherwise. Someone who's angry and forceful could be seen as looking for a fight, and the gentle and soothing bits are right contradictions. My suggestion is to tame her just a little bit - make her very, very assertive, having the air of barely constrained rage, and quite intimidating. However, it's all for the sake of making her Clan stronger; she'd probably be a -heart cat if she wasn't a great swimmer. She refuses to accept failure and will not be swayed from her point of view; she can be a terror to negotiate with, and she's fully aware of it. Most likely the other deputies would walk away looking like they've just been scolded like a kitten.

Kestrelpaw is considered odd, even by her unusual clan standards. She is extremely small for her age and always has been. She also doesn't talk, many cats who have known her for moons haven't heard her speak. When she does say something it is worth listening as it is usually important or insightful. She feels idle conversation is a waste of time, and never speaks unless needed. It was always clear which role she would take, she was always in the medicine den when she could be.

Some cats consider her mute, so they are often a little shocked when she speaks.
