Mountain crept out of the camp, hoping no one would hear her, no one did. She looked around, following the wolf trail. She placed her paw a step forward and stepped on a thorn. She yelped very loudly, 'oh great, everydog probably heard me!' she thought in her head. She contiuned on her journey. Sniffing every shrub and plant.
(yeah Merida can have a pup)

And who are you, the proud lord said
That I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat,
That's all the truth I know.
And in a coat of red
Or a coat of gold
A lion still has claws.
And mine are long and sharp, my lord,
As long as sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke
That lord of Castamere.
Yet now the rains weep o'er his halls,
With no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his halls,
With not a soul to hear.

Doe looked around, "I don't know, are any of the pups missing?" she asked Merida.

Brie heard Mountain yelp. She couldn't help the thought that came into her mind; that Mountain was weak. The dog seemed to yelp at every little scratch, and jump at every noise. She shoved the thoughts aside, knowing that they were unkind, but that didn't change the fact that she didn't exactly respect Mountain as much as an Alpha should be respected.
(Ill have Zach run into him.)
Zach spotted Chief, and bounded over cheerfully. "Hi Chief!" He exclaimed enthusiastically.

The thorn hadn't even hurt, more as though it had startled her. She did something very stupid that would probably result in a paw infection later and a fierce scolding from Rowan, but she just shoved the thorn deeper into her paw so that it wouldn't stick out when she was walking. She then gave her paw a brisk lick and then traversed on, the smell of wolves growing stronger. Out of the blue a large wolf launched itself at her. She rolled around to meet it face on, it snapped at her muzzle but she dogded it and slapped it across the face with her paw (much like a cat would do). It lunged at her and bowled her to the ground, with it being a wolf and her being a dog it had a few good pounds on her, but she was a fierce dog and didn't mind the pain. It bit her shoulder and she retaliated by biting it's leg, it howled in pain and shoved her deeper into the mud. The mud began to drown her, but she didn't care she gathered all her strength and gave the wolf a great shove, it worked, the wolf went tumbling off of her. She jumped on the wolf and nicked it's ear with her teeth, it growled and drove it's teeth into her paw, the one with the thorn. It got the thorn on it's tongue, then raced off into the wood, whining the whole way. Mountain shook herself then inspected her wounds, not much, sure a little blood but who cared. She gave each of them a brisk lick then returned to walk back to camp, limping just a bit.
(sorry that's long!)

Doe shrugged, "Then I don't know. Maybe it was a mouse or a squirrel..." Doe went off, not the brightest dog.
