The theme is cats that can fly (the top one does it chinese dragon style)

For this contest, tell me a little bit about their species in general, maximum 3 paragraphs. For example, their size, habitat, unique traits, general behavior, etc. But, winning one of these doesn't mean you can adopt the species out. These are meant to be one of a kind characters. It will also require payment, which can be any 2011 pet or older on my wishlist.
This isn't an auction, I'm judging more on original, creative ideas than how many pets I get.

Name: Hear Me Roar or Raylin (I hope you don't mind I changed the name. ^^')

Species Info: Hear Me Roar is a Firian, one of the many species that live on E’minde Island. E’minde Island is a large island in the Atlantic Ocean, up near the United Kingdom. E’minde is barely habitable to species that aren’t native to the island, with a cloud of dust/fog always surrounding it. E’minde can be described with two words: unforgiving, and brown. Firian are nearly extinct, because of their passive attitude unlike all the other creatures on E’minde, and Hear Me Roar is assumed to be the last surviving Firian.
Firian are small cat-like creatures that float in the air on E’minde. They dwell in the trees, making nests in the branches out of shiny objects. Like all the creatures on E’minde, Firian have both a human(oid) form and their true form(which they prefer). They have a passive attitude, which would be called laid-back in humans. They are the calmest creatures on E’minde, not even attacking if provoked.
E’minde Island is the setting of the novel I’m writing, and Hear Me Roar would be one of the main characters. <3

Species Info: a kirk is a fluffy winged cat, they spend most of their time in the air chasing, racing, of talking with birds. They rarely see humans because they are always flying... Though it is common for them to be seen rather then the other way. Kirk spend their days with their heads in a cloud, or on a cloud at that. Each on is a special element, fire, earth, water, air, or shadow, with their element they can control it endlessly, using their powers for whatever they want. The one above would be air, the grey colorings would show that.

Species Info: Kitsquito: They are quite odd, half mosquito and half cat.Their eyes look like a kaleidoscope, and wings are quite shimmery. They are an extremely tiny species, and so happen do be endangered! They only roam above the trees in forests so nobody can kill them or squish them. The forest they inhabit is named "Bellonia". Bellonia is a small island only known to the "Seeing" humans.
Kitsquito are usually found near sources of water, at night, or above the trees.
