He sniffed the air to track down something for diner. When he recognized the smell of a wolf his eyes widened as he saw her just a few yards away. He thought maybe she didn't see him yet so he hid behind a large tree and watched her.

Brie kept her eyes glued to the lame doe, circling slowly. The doe shifted nervously on its feet, but was frozen in place by Brie's steely commanding gaze. Suddenly, she leapt, and the doe tried to scramble away, but not before Brie had it laying dead on the ground. Suddenly, she heard a noise, and detected the scent of a wolf. "Who's there?"

He peered over a bush next to the tree and knew he was in trouble. He wondered if he should run or stay hidden "Maybe she'll go away..." he thought as he kept his eyes locked in the fae

Brie rolled her eyes. "Loners," she mumbled, trotting over to where he was hiding. "Again, who are you?" She questioned him,

"Run" he thought and began to ran. He was the fastest pup in his old pack and as he grew up he became fast but didn't like to show it. He ran faster than a jog but not as fast as running, more of a sprint. He looked back at the wolf and looked back in front of him.

Brie nearly laughed. Really? Running? For goodness sake, there was no way he could outrun her. She jogged up to him. "Well? What's your name? Don't even try running, I can easily catch you," Brie said to him.

He chuckled, "Really, You can catch up to me?" he said almost teasing her. He speed up about 10 feet past her and smirked knowing that he should stop messing around with this wolf.

"Yes, I can catch you," Brie said, easily catching up. There had never been a wolf she couldn't outrun in her life, not even one who could keep pace with her, and was certain this one wouldn't be able to outrun her either, though possibly be able to keep pace.
