How much gore on a character is to much?
Not a single bit is ever too much. I absolutely love gore - love it. Blood, wounds, missing legs and skin and flesh hanging, all of it is something I can't get enough of. The nastier, the most offensive, and frightful the better in my honest opinion. It's a character - do what you want with it, and extremes are always nice in the gore area. Not just a bloody little bandage or something wussy like that, over the top.
Headless is also great.

How much gore on a character is to much?
Personally, I have only seen a small amount characters with only very little gore that I have liked. Usually I like the more colorful characters, or even just grey scale characters that have nice personalities. I will be honest and say that headless characters creep me out. a lot. It would have to have an adorable body for me to own a headless character...
@marouk. ; That's so gorgeous. ouo
@hysteria ♥ ; Ah, I love that character! <33
