Marceline arrived late to school, although this wouldn't come as a surprise to most. She pushed open the double door and headed down the hallway, trying to figure out which class she should be in. Math, with her brother. Yes, thats it.
She walked down the hallway, or slightly floated, rather. There was no one to be seen, and Marcy like it this way. No annoying teenagers, no threatening teachers. Peace and quiet.
Marceline turned down the hall and went down to the classroom her Math class was in and carefully opened up the door. As a bunch of people's in the rooms attention turned to her, she saw the teacher shoot her a nasty glare. But Marcy just smirked.
She glanced to the back and went ahead and took a seat behind Gumball, glancing over at Marshall Lee and Elliott. "Hey, guys-" she spoke, smiling a bit, "Did I miss anything important?"

Benjamin had been scribbling furiously on a sheet of paper before Marceline walked in. In fact, he didn't even notice her until she sat down and started talking. He looked up quickly, and smiled at her. "Oh, hey Marceline! No, no, you haven't missed anything at all, the teacher's not even here yet." He laughed, and looked behind himself at Marshall. Oh no. Marshall seemed to be glaring a hole through Elliot's head... Not a good sign. Benjamin sighed, and hoped it would all blow over soon, but he highly doubted it would.

Elliott waved but caught Marshall glaring at him from the back and reminded himself to sit as far away from him as possible in third period. He looked at the door and watcjed the clock. 15 minutes. Great. He looked back at Marshall once.more theb sunk back into his seat. He was going to get pummeled.

Marcy grinned a bit, messing with Benjamin's hair. "I missed you, Benjy!" she teased, grinning from ear to ear. She didn't think Benjamin liked nicknames all that much, but she threw just about as many as she could at him on a daily basis. She sat back in her chair a tad, pushing some hair out of her face. "I guess its good ole' teach isn't here, maybe I won't get marked tardy." she said.
Marceline could tell that Lee didn't look too happy, and she couldn't really tell why. Something with Elliott, she guess. She leaned forward again and whispered in Benjamin's ear. "Hey- whats up with Marsh?"

Benjamin sighed. What was it with people wanting to mess with his hair so often? And nicknames. Always the nicknames... "Marceline, why so many nicknames, seriously? Most people get the fact that I like my name the way that it is, you seem to think there's something wrong with it or something..." He said, trying to flatten his hair the normal way again. "And yeah, the teacher's almost never here on time, I wonder where they go?" Ben asked, suddenly curious. "Huh. Weird thought. And Marshall? Oh... I think he's jealous of my fanboy." He joked, motioning a thumb at Elliot.
