Important Notes: He is unusually hostile toward Riverclan, for some reason no one knows. It is rumored that one of their warriors slew his mate though.

Name Reasoning: The term "slate-grey" comes from a sedimentary rock-turned-metamorphic, made from volcanic ash. It can be used for roofing, and comes in a variety of colors - blue, grey, green, or purple. To put it simply, even if it was in an area where cats knew about it, rarely would it be in their territory or worth noticing.
Cats, to my knowledge, don't care much about rocks unless they're part of a territory full of food. Boulder-, Rock-, Stone- and Pebble- are not just describing any rocks, but a wide variety of them. Rocks above ground (slate is not an above ground rock) are pretty much all the same - grey or brown or somewhere in-between.
Meanwhile, -pelt is a nice suffix, but the problem is that he's got skills worth mentioning! He's a good fighter and a great hunter, and a little fast (which I'll address in a moment). I think that he ought to be named for that.
Alternative Name: Stonefang/Boulderfang. He'll still be named for a rock (Boulder-, preferably, is for a larger cat), and -fang denotes his skills in fighting and hunting.

Character Rating: 8/10
Character Reasoning: His personality and other notes are just fine, but his skills appear to be a little off-kilter. He's fast, a fighter, and a hunter. While a cat can be both a good hunter and fighter (whilst -whisker and -claw cats tend to excel specifically at those, -fang cats are just generally above average at both), speed is a very specific thing. A fast cat is a lean one or a small one, a strong cat is big and broad-shouldered, and a hunter is usually sleeker and quieter. Thankfully, -fang cats can easily exist somewhere in between those points, but speed is not a good factor for an average cat. I'd take out the speed, and maybe even out his abilities in hunting and fighting.

Name Reasoning: Leaf- is an unaccepted prefix, mostly due to leaves, for the majority of the time, being green. The only time it's a color a cat could be is when it's dying and being crunched up under their feet. Unfortunate implications there.
Meanwhile, he's not much of a -storm cat, either. He's quiet and clever, not loud and angry. Plus, he's a fast cat, which I think earns a naming, don't you?
Alternative Name: Alderfoot/Larkfoot. Lark- I suggest more, due to the cats usually having white markings, but both work for a brown tabby, and -foot works for a fast cat.

Character Reasoning: I don't think there's too much to complain about. I would put some more emphasis on his personality, moreso than his skills, but that's it.

Name Reasoning: Maple- fits her just fine as a light brown cat. I think that her suffix should be changed, though, because while she does show a justice streak, it's pretty mild and she has skills that surpass it - mainly, tracking and hunting!
Alternative Name: Maplenose/Maplewhisker. -nose is for if she's a better tracker than a hunter, and -whisker is for the flip side. (Note here that -nose cats tend to have all around heightened senses, not just scent.)

Character Reasoning: I'll have to add a "Popular Traits" list as well, because this is a big one that I always need to repeat. Loyalty, in and of itself, is a basic requirement of living in a Clan. It's about as noteworthy on a cat as their whiskers. Compare being called disloyal in the warrior world to being called a thief or a liar in the Lord of the Rings world - in both accusations, it's a dire insult and fight-worthy. There's no point in noting it, unless the cat's loyalty to the rules or the Clan makes them a bit of a stick in the mud, refusing to let people just goof around and break rules and being a tattle-tale as a kitten.
Other than that, she seems like a fine character, so there is that!

Character Reasoning: Disregarding loyal (y'all read my rant above, I don't need to repeat myself), he only has two real traits to him. I'd add a few more, but make sure that they all coincide so you don't end up with a cat that's rude but nice (friendly is a little similar, except that someone can be overly friendly and rude without knowing it. I hate those people with all my heart).

Name Reasoning: I think the only problem is that he's a mottled cat, rather than a brown one, which Owl- is for. I'm going to suggest that you change his fur color to a brown and keep Owl-, for reasons you'll see below.

Character Reasoning: Just so you know, before we start, mottles look like this. Basically, mottles are a subtype of tortoiseshells. Tortoiseshells are a female-only coat color, as are calicoes. By definition, this would either be a transgendered cat, or a chimera. Both are fine to have, but I would carefully research on chimera cats if you choose that option. However, to save yourself time and patience, my suggestion is to change his coat color to a brown or reddish-brown tabby, since that's more likely to occur in the wild.
