She allowed a small laugh to escape from her mouth at Oakpaw's pride in their camp. "Follow me.", she said. " She began walking back to camp. On the way, she spotted a vole, the she cat was probably hungry, she thought. The she cat got into a crouch, and leapt after the vole, she pinned it down and ended it's life. She padded over to the she cat, "I'm sure Moonstar wouldn't object to you eating our prey", she said.

Juniper

She nodded, gratefully. She began to eat it, and there was soon no more of the vole. She started following the cats again.

Oakpaw bounded after his mentor, ears pricked. He nodded and glanced back at the she-cat, eyes bright.

[ayomi]

Rosethorn

As they arrived at camp, she turned to Oakpaw. "I'm going to go get Mudpelt, you bring her something from the freshkill pile, you can get something too.", she said. She ran into the medicine den, "Mudpelt, we found a cat outside of camp, can you check to see if there is anything wrong with them?"

[vaermina]

Oakpaw nodded to his mentor. Running to the fresh-kill pile, he picked out two mice. He trotted back over to the she-cat, mewing, "hungry?" He dropped one mouse near her.

Mudpelt grunted and looked up as he heard his name. He got to his paws from his nest and shook out his pelt, asking, "you found a cat outside camp?"

"Yes", she said impatiently.

Juniper

The she cat looked at him blankly. "No", she said sarcastically, "I haven't eaten for days and that one vole just filled me up." She allowed a small smile to appear, and she began to eat.

[vaermina]

Mudpelt huffed, "okay, keep your pelt on." He padded out of the medicine cat den, holding some herbs in his jaws as he saw the she-cat and Oakpaw.

Oakpaw didn't reply, he only bend down and ate his fresh-kill.

Juniper

(Trying out first person)
I looked around, taking in the surroundings. There were cats almost everywhere. I saw the cat that had found me and another cat coming towards me.

[vaermina]

Mudpelt walked over. He dropped down the herbs and gave her a ginger sniff. He asked, "do you feel any pain anywhere?" Except for your probably grumbling belly. He added silently.

Oakpaw watched.

Juniper

(Switching back x3)
"Well, a dog did chase me once. It scratched me on my left side.", she turned so that he could see the poorly treated wound.

[vaermina]

Mudpelt examined the wound. It wasn't infected or deep, but it was a bit dirty and bloody. He huffed and got some dock from his little herb pile. Chewing the herb pulp up, he gentle spread it across the wound. He then applied some cobwebs to it, to soak up the blood around the wound.

Oakpaw flicked his tail.
