Hey Koda, I posted this like a week or two ago and maybe you might find it useful if you can download things! It's free Minecraft 1.5 so you don't have to use the demo anymore and can save worlds c: No horses, however, so you can't gallop around with wolf minions, lol.

For those of you wanting PC minecraft and not have to use the demo-
There is a download of it here.
You can't play on Multiplayer, you need a Mojang account to do that, and to get one you need to buy it, but before I bought MC myself because I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not, I used this for a while. You have to let it update every time you open it, but it works exactly the same as the regular full version of MC. Although this is from 1.5 and earlier, so it does not have anything from versions 1.6 and onward- no horses, sorry! Not sure if there is an updated version, I dug way back in my files to find this because I used it so long ago.

Just so you aren't stuck redoing the demo over and over. The download is safe- I had it myself and used it for a while. I just opened it again to see if it still works and it does! Even all my current worlds from the full version can be opened on it, and they work just fine.

To use it, open the application downloaded called MinecraftSP. It'll ask for a username- which can be whatever you want- and then you have to check the "Force Update" each time. It will open like Minecraft and you can play Singleplayer as much as you want! All worlds you create will be saved and if you ever end up buying the full version, can still be accessed on the full version.

I highly recommend, if you are ever finally able to, to actually buy MC. I did, I only used this download as like an extended demo.

Thanks so SOOOO much Ember, but that's not the problem. My mother's the problem. She won't let us download the full version, because she knows we'll spend FOREVER on it. To her, this free version is no different, as she's not bothered by the money. ;-;
But, is there ANY way I can convince her to buy it? I can't beleive she won't let us - we had a discussion that if I do swimming squad, she's help me buy an IPAD. I wanted MC more than a stupid iPad. >n<

Aww, that's too bad. Maybe you can agree to only spend a certain amount of time on each day (like on the demo), but this way you can save your worlds and make progress? A lot of people agree it is also a very educational game if that might help :c And an iPad is a lot more expensive than a $27 game lol

I'm having major ping issues today, some I've never had before. My ping on any server jumps anywhere from 100 to 1000ms every time I refresh my server list. Like it'll be at 70ms to 80ms (my average) one second, I refresh the servers page, and then suddenly it'll be at 1200ms. I try to get on the servers when they appear at the lowest ping, and it's fine for a couple of seconds but then a huge wave of lag will hit me to the point I can't even move.

I'm on a new laptop that was connected wirelessly but now I have it connected directly to the router and I'm still having troubles. I've had some random ping issues before but normally that's when my entire internet is slow, which it's just fine for everything else right now. My other computer is also having ping issues.

Does anyone know what this is or have a possible fix? This is sucky for someone who enjoys playing PVP games on multiplayer, because I can't do anything with this sort of lag :C I mean maybe it'll be better tomorrow??? that's what I'm hoping for. But I really have no idea what's going on, and I've waited some hours hoping it would get better but it hasn't.

Sadly my parents won't allow me to buy computer version. My big brother has XBox edition. That's what I used to play on. But he moved.
So now I can only dream about MC.
But that doesn't mean I'm not the biggest Minecraft geek ever! So don't underestimate me.
Also I'm a Ghast enthusiast and am a refugee from the Nether.

Might I suggest the PE version for any apple and android devices? I know it's not like the PC version, but it is something. And quite frankly, it's the only thing that kept me until I could get the PC version. I know everyone bags on PEMC, but it's not really that horrible if it's all you can get. I still have it, though I rarely play since I have gotten PC. I believe that for Apple devices it is only 7 dollars, not to bad for the game.

I know you guys play Mine Craft, but have you ever tried drawing it? Oh it's so fun to draw the bricks!

Did you guys know that one of the easiest ways to kill the Ender Dragon, in creative mode at least, is with chicken eggs?
When you're in creative you can fly. If you get at a good angle above the Dragon then you can start throwing eggs at it. You can throw eggs a lot faster than you can shoot arrows or swing a sword. If you spam the button then you can throw them so fast that the Dragon gets stuck in one place while you peg him with eggs. xD He gets stuck for a millisecond. You know, like if you injure something it glows red for a second?
It's quicker than waiting to get close enough for a sword hit or having to carefully take aim with an arrow. Eggs may not be the most lethal weapon of choice, but like I said, once the Dragon is stuck you can just keep spamming the button until he's defeated because he can't move.
Don't know how well it works from computer. And it probably doesn't help much on survival. xD But me and my sis made it work on XBox creative.
