she coughed she could nearly keep her eyes open she coughed and turned over "my head hurts"she whispered

Cooper walked in the door. "Hello. It's good to see you." He smiled nervously. He peered around her at Iris. "Hello beautiful." Cooper said softly with a smile. His lip quivered slightly. He walked past Penelope and over to Iris. He sat on the edge of the bed and leaned over to his her forehead. He looked her over "How bad does it hurt?" He asked seriously.

"Well, I can't breath much when I'm trying to sigh or make any noises. My ribs are really sore, and they hurt just a tiny bit because the nurse gave me pain killers. And, my arm is broken," Iris replied with a frown. "I want to get better though," She added and closed her eyes for a brief moment. She then fluttered her eyes open to look up at him.

A tear rolled down his cheek. "I can't believe...I mean it just makes me so.." Cooper clenched his fists. He looked at Iris, his eyes brimmed with tears. "I need it now." He turned his face away from her, "I just hope I don't do anything stupid." He held out his hand, shaking with fury and waited for her to place the handkerchief in his hand.

Iris handed him a tissue before looking up at the ceiling. She blinked beck her tears before looking back at him. "Come here..." She whispered softly. "I'll be alright, Cooper, I promise. My Uncle will get what he dissevered..." She placed her hand on his with a forced smile.
