Ivypaw didnt even bother with food. She just walked into the apprentices den, made herself a nest, and fell asleep. Straight away.

Now it was Oakkits turn. He padded out of the den and noticed Ivypaw sleeping, "come on," he said.

Mudpelt thought to himself bitterly, so much for helping. He dragged the cat-mint to the medicine cat den and left it there to be sorted out later. He trotted into the clearing.

The she cat hadn't really been paying attention to the ceremony, so se jumped a little when she heard her name. She walked up to greet her new apprentice.

Oakpaw beamed with pride as Moonstar stated his new apprentice name. He felt even more excited as Moonstar stated that Rosethorn would be his mentor. The tabby apprentice bounded a bit into the air as his mentor came over. He mewed, his voice squeaky, "hi!"
