alright, sorry i am low on time these days xD
anyway lets dig right into the form i guess. so i like that you have shades of pink in your form, different colors or shades are a great thing to have in a form. the text on one side while the quote on the other side was a charming idea. i wonder what it look like with questions (example - name: first last). the only problem i have with the form is the quote layout. it feels like it's missing something, like symbols. there needs to be things added so that it's not just straight down font that was centered. other then that the form catches the eye and it's a wonderful c:
