(Yea I guess) Mintpaw padded into the camp, heading towards Icestar's den and stopping just outside, "Icestar, can I talk to you about something?"

{Dawnpelt is a shy, warm-hearted she-cat. She is very leader-like, always looking out for her kits and her clan. She is a older, wise cat. Dawnpelt always thinks positive, not getting into fights and arguments easily.}

Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ;
{Dawnpelt was born a kittypet. She was abused often and not properly cared for. Some twolegs took her away to a small cage in a twoleg den called the pound. Many twoleg paws would reach into her cage, many would pick her up, but none of them took her. When she was about four moons old, the building caught fire. Dawnpelt managed to escape the burning building. Some huge twolegs in shiny suits took her to another pound-like place called the vet. She was put in an enclosure. It was fairly large and gave her access to go outside. A warrior came to the enclosure to see if she wanted to join the clan. Dawnpelt refused. A young man took her away from the vet when she was about 12 moons old. The man took her to a large building, definitely not a place where he lived. Many people would come and go. She lived with a older cat in the building. His name was Jake. Jake taught her that she was training to become a rescue cat and was being trained by firemen. Dawnpelt was trained to be a rescue cat, though she disliked it. She was taken to a large building that was on fire. Dawnpelt had no clue why her owners took her to a place to die. She ran away into a nearby forest and found a clan of wild cats. She joined the clan when she was about 25 moons old. She fell in love with a warrior in the clan, Dusktail. They became mates. Dusktail was taken by twolegs before Dawnpelt had their kits. She had two kits, Bumblekit and Swiftkit.}

Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ;
{Dawnpelt has a gorgeous tan-colored pelt that shines in the sunlight. She likes to keep in groomed, cleaning her pelt often. She has bright amber eyes, the color of the sun. Dawnpelt has a scar on her left shoulder she got from a fox attack.}

"I've been thinking about it, and I don't really want to be a warrior anymore, so I would like to ask if I can become the medicine cat apprentice. I mean, if Ferntalon says it's alright. But it's certainly not Dawnlight, she is a great warrior, caught a squirrel in a few heartbeats. I think she would make a great deputy for our clan... If Ferntalon agrees, can I train to be a medicine cat?" Mintpaw looked hopeful.

"Anything, Mintpaw."
Icestar wrapped her tail around her paws and looked up at the young apprentice.
"Is something troubling you?"

Ferntalon awoke from her slumber and padded to Icestars den she saw Minypaw there so she walked away

"Listen to your heart, Mintpaw. Follow whatever you believe in. If Ferntalon agrees, you may become a medicine cat apprentice"

Icestar wrapped her tail around her paws and looked up at the young apprentice.
"Is something troubling you?"

"Well," Mintpaw thought for a second, "I don't like the thought of fighting, and, I thought that being a medicine cat would be interesting" She paused again "Nothing is really troubling me.

"Listen to your heart, Mintpaw. Follow whatever you believe in. If Ferntalon agrees, you may become a medicine cat apprentice"
