Ill start when I get home I do have a job so I won't always be on also do people order them or do we just draw them n they adopt them and is there a certain drawing style or do we do r own and do they cost anything or are they free cause in fine either way

First of all, you can make people's customs AND put random ones up for adoption. There is not a certain drawing style, just draw them however you would normally draw a dragon, UNLESS it is someone's custom and they have requested a certain style. And they are totally free!
