I'd recommend maybe 4.
Especially since the dwarfs really need water thats only a couple inches deep.

not accepting pms right now unless I add you to my friends list.
finally quitting. I've told myself I'll quit soon, and I never did, but I finally feel like I should quit. Still keeping my characters/deviantart though. I've wanted to quit for a long long time, but I'm doing it.
Nobody on here talks with me , is friends, and I try to chat on the FR thread but nobody responds much.
Quitting CS and flightrising.
All my fr dragons/stuff went to one of my real life best friends, so don't ask for my FR stuff.

Dude go fer it. I wanted to open a petshop like that too with a huge goldfish tank and a "goldfish bowl" in it to show why they shouldn't be in them. Along with cling on sickers showing the fishes adult size.
@aboveallelse
Im sorry she died but like Dia said it can be very harmful to suggest something without knowing whats going on in the tank or not having any ideas to what it could be. Bad advice can kill a fish.
All I can say is keep an eye on the tank for any off behavior.
Sounds awesome, though to prevent stunting, i would switch out goldies while i do the partial water change for the bowl.
The window cling idea is AMAZING with a capital WOW. I might just steal that idea because i luffs it so much :>
I know you guys will shoot me, but what about doing the same thing for bettas in an, of course, heated cube or a cube that would be warm enough. and then a 10 gallon heavily planted one saying "Which betta looks happier?" the only drawback is having to switch every day would be a tad stressfull on the fish.
I will have to get a good paying job throughout college and after to support this though. My mom says i have the brains to do it, but not the knowledge.
Lol, I meant the bowl inside the tank as decor. Not the goldies in the bowl alone. XD
Steal away! :p
Oh XD that could work too ^^
Its still a great idea! Also, the petshop got in a fish that looks almost exactly like your shiro except its a metallic gold, not a banana yellow. Gorgeous fish... if only i had a spare tank laying around lol XD. i mean i do, but thats only to be used if my old old 29 gallon breaks.

Man I love frogfish. I wish I could actually put things in my sw tank without them getting obliterated

I am never up this early, but!
Today I'm bringing home the main attraction to my 55 gal. I was housing my guppies and fry in my 55 while we decided where we were going to move. I didn't want to put bigger fish through that stress when the smaller fish could handle the move much more easily.
But with how fast we turn over oscars at work, I had to jump on doing this today.
We have this stunning small-ish albino tiger oscar at work who has the most vibrant orange striping I've ever seen on any from our supplier. And his jaw is a little messed up, not enough to hinder his eating, but enough to notice, it's actually a very small deformity. But the way it sticks up on the side reminded me instantly of Stallone, and I just fell in love with the little guy.
So I'm up at the butt crack of dawn moving the fry, 1 guppy, and 2 platy's to my ten gallon so that Stallone can be moved in today right after work.
SO EXCITED!
Also very caffeinated... figured I might as well clean all my tanks in one go this morning while I'm at it.
I shall have lots of update pictures this evening. Last night when I was headed out from work I even got a couple more plants and some plant food for the 55, I want Stallone to have a lovely live planted tank so he isn't stressed out at all. Especially since I'm going to try and introduce him to a couple tank mates while he's still small so that hopefully everything works out.
And before anyone freaks out that I'm planning on putting other south americans in that tank, I do have a back up tank should it not work out. And we are hoping to move in the next couple months so I'll have room for another bigger tank should Stallone really need to be kept solo.
