Angel walked silently behind and wondered what could possibly be out there. In the distance she heard a twig snap and paused, looking at Jordan.

Angel narrowed her eyes and prepared for the fight. She wasn't going to use her claws until absolutely necessary, so she kept them sheathed. After all, they might not be a threat.
