Depends what for really. I don't do player battles, but for the coli monsters I normally use;

4:2:1 Str/Quick/Vitality

With Shred, Eliminate, Scratch. Sometimes the elemental slashes. Combined with ambush stones because ambush stones are amazing. I would use Berserker for stat stones if they actually worked. ;3;

I need a grinder, and I dont do player battles, I think he has an ambush on him too, he has eliminate, scratch shred and wind slash, which is going to be replaced with rally

In my eyes, that's sort of the same as loosing the 35 breath, so I guess with the glitch it's more along the lines of 'pick your poison and get on with it'? XD

Nah, waste of an Eliminate for that turn. XD Don't get me wrong, I don't object to the way you grind, I just like my way. To each their own and all that.

Oh I know what you mean, I mean on enemies you aren't quite going to one shot. Use a shred and then eliminate. Though in all fairness, the minute they get to 35 I just start spamming eliminate anyway if I can, so they don't build much breath xD.

The only thing I do know for definite is to never bother wasting points in the defensive stats. I hear investing in vitality for a defense stat pays off much more xD.

Concerning ratios, some people also go for a 2:1 Str/Quick ratio, which is also pretty popular!

i cheat so bad in colli sometimes
i have a magic dragon that heals and know eliminate.. along with that one stone that gives double breath..
for the first turn i just meditate while my fighting dragons kill the enemies.. next battle though i use eliminate with my healer repetitively.. even if it doesn't kill them i could just meditate and gain it back. XD

The last one I needed to complete the Coli set xD. Maybe it's just me, but I'm sure the token drop rates are lower and the chest rates are way higher this time around. Already I've found two chests by digging and six through the coli. Normally I find zilch o3o.
