@SquishyZebra: Yeah, but a Grinner (very bottom tier September list) is worth 2 mid advents or 14 09 rares, and the Target Dog is two tiers above it. What they offered adds up to about 11 09 rares I think and I'm not sure what the exact gap is between the Grinner and the Target dog but I'm pretty sure it's at least it's at least a couple rares.
