Jacob smiled and opened the door to the bathroom to make sure sammy was cleaning himself. He saw her snd giggled waving. Jacob smiled and closed the door " sam..... I forgot to tell you..... Sammy is well......dying..... He has cancer, the doctors gave him two months to live...." She said softly, tears going down her cheeks

Sam: *his eyes widened* isn't there anything they can do? any surgeries?

Jacob shook her head, "its in his heart....." She said softly.

Sam: heart transplant? *he asked* could they do that?

Jacob nods " they can but the surgery is too risky and the cancer has proggressed to far..." She said sliding to floor. "I cant loose my baby...."

Sam: if it gives him a chance then he should do it *he told Jacob* that way he has a chance to live and not just wait for Death *he said as he sat down next her.*

Twins: *they looked up at Dean, smiling at him as Lee walked over.*

Jacob sniffled an held onto him."im so scared.....what mother wants to send her baby boy into surgery.?"

Sam: *he held Jacob close* what father want to risk losing his son? *he asked her* but if it can help him I think It would be best *he told her.* if it works then he would live a long life, but if we don't try then we will never know.

Lee: *she looked over at Dean and she smiled at him.*

Jacob nods and went to get sammy out of the bath before he startes to prune.

Dean smiled and kissed the twins heads

Lee: *she smiled happily as the twins sat on either side of Dean, leaning on him*
