Eric laughed softly.

"I can't promise anything," she said. "Kailyn is my baby, my first baby. It's hard seeing her so grown up, and full of hatred toward us."

"How? How is it hard on you, Dimitri?" Keylee asked. "Because she won't let you see Jude?!" She asked. "I get that that upsets you, but she's keeping my daughter from me. I'm her mother!"

Jude giggled, getting slap happy since he was tired.

Dimka sighed. "I raised her right along with you, Keylee. How would it not be hard on me? I tried to kill myself because of it!"

Eric smiled and rubbed his back. "Silly boy."

Jude yawned, closing his eyes.

Eric kissed his head, and rubbed his back.

"Dimitri, please..." Keylee sighed, looking up at him. "Don't go," she cried cried. "I need you. I really really need you," she choke as she sobbed. "I didn't mean for you to think I thought you didn't care. I know you care, and I know you love Kailyn just as much as I do. I'm so sorry."

Jude rubbed his eyes as he tried to fall asleep.

Kailyn smiled. "Someone's a sleepy boy."
