Kosho
The young puppy yapped as she was shoved in a tiny kennel. She was set in a bumpy truck that has a musty smell. Her head kept hitting the top of the kennel, but she stayed silent. A man with stony hands pulled her out and ripped off the beautiful collar around her neck. She yapped as in nearly choked her. She was held in the man's stony hand and thrown into the area around the other large dogs. She shook, scared, and backed away into the corner. The puppy started to whimper. She didn't know what was happening.

I heard some more dogs being bought in and talking to the others. I stayed quiet though, I really didn't feel like talking any more. If I felt like anything right now, I felt very, very hungry. My stomach ached at the thought that I had not even eaten my food for breakfast this morning. 'When are they gonna feed us?' I thought bitterly.

Voodoo
My stomach growls and I stand up and look out of the cage for a human. Irritated and hungry I begin to bark and whine, scratching at the chains, getting small cuts on my pads. The cut on my muzzle had scabbed over but still was hurting and started to split open, making me more irritated.

Kosho's stomach growled. She was also scared. She saw all of these huge, frightening dogs walking around. She saw one {Duke} pass by, and she squeaked, "Are you gonna eat me??"

"Why would he eat you?" Arabelle laughed, licking her paw, then staring at the pup. "As far as I know, nobody in here is a cannibal." She tilted her head and smiled friendly at the pup until heating some whining to her right. "Oh, shut up." She muttered.

I hear Voodoo whining. She must have been hungry, too. I can here the female dog start to start scratching at her cage's fence then I get up and do the same. My guess is if more of the other dogs join in and make some noise, then somebody's bound to come back here and feed us!
"Are you gonna eat me?"
I abruptly stop pawing at my cage and look down the hall a bit to see the owner of the quiestion: a German shepherd puppy. She looked so scared and her voice was squeaky. "Uh...no" I respond and cock my head at her. "What made you think that?"

I roll my eyes at the dogs goofing off for some food. True, I was an agility dog and always well-fed and well-groomed, but they couldn't be that desperate!
