Whiskerwing lifted his head and watched Mapleshade, his eyes half open. His loyalties were being torn. The ragged tom stayed silent, his paws tucked neatly against his body.

Dappledpaw was sunning herself on a flat rock by a river, a purr rumbling in the small cat's throat. She wiggled around and sighed in content.

Shadowstream looked up at mapleshade "besides how are you even going to do that" he sneered

Glowingheart was on her usual walk again along the edge of the border

Dappledpaw lifted her head and watched Glowingheart, a small sigh escaping her lips.
