Name Reasoning: While -whisker's perfectly fine, Breeze- is a little more iffy.
I see Breeze- a lot, and it always irritates me because breezes don't really look like anything. They can feel like something, but breezes are invisible. Some may argue that Breeze-, like Wind-, can be associated with a grey cat, but that's our own imagery of wind. We associate wind with a lot of colors: grey, yellow, white, light blue, even green in some countries. So it would either be too broad to define or undefinable. (Cats, by the way, don't really share our culture, and they wouldn't have a color associated with something they can't see, so there's that as well.)
Alternative Name: Breamwhisker/Fogwhisker. Both prefixes are for a grey cat (Bream- is more silvery, and Fog- is just plain grey), and her suffix is just right.

Character Reasoning: This cat doesn't have any glaring issues except for her name, and she has a bonus of having her skills evenly distributed (henceforth I'm going to see a 7/10 in the skill area as an average). Well done!

Important Notes: She had kits, but they all where killed from the cold, the day they where born. A bit after her kits died, thunderclan found three kits with no mother or clan, so she took them in. She named the kits, smallkit,tinykit, and tumblekit.

Name Reasoning: I'm going to have to suggest that you use something other than Soft-. All kittens are naturally soft at birth, when they're named, and she could end up battered and scarred to the point of barely having much soft fur left once she grows. She's a very pretty grey and white cat - I think that's something worth a name.
Alternative Name: Knotflower/Knotcloud. A Knot is a type of bird that is grey and white. She could be a -flower (for her sweet and nurturing nature, plus her desire to raise kits), or she could be a -cloud (for her calmness and patience).

Character Rating: 9/10
Character Reasoning: She seems like a great member of the Clan. My one concern is the juxtaposition of Tinykit and Smallkit, but I think that, if you send them in, I can get a better understanding on them. Otherwise, she sounds like a great cat!

she originaly wanted to be a medicine cat, at first but instead chose Warrior training.

Arcticspirit was a mistake, I was going to do Warrior for her, but I wanted to do the deputy instead, but I didn't change the age, she is supposed to be 32 moons.)

Name Reasoning: While I don't mind people using Small-, Tiny- or Little-, I don't think it'd be very wise to use two in the same litter. They are petite, yes, but little cats aren't commonly called such if there's more than two of them. I don't think that it would be too much of a stretch if one of them had Small/Tiny, though.
Alternative Name: Appleclaw. Apple- does mean a golden cat, but I think he can pass for Small- if you want to keep it that way.

Character Reasoning: I don't really know anything about him, only that his suffix describes his personality. I'm going to have to make assumptions here, and you'll have to tell me if I'm correct or not.
Since the -foot suffix implies a very fast cat, I'm imagining that he's a swift little cat with a little trouble in social situations. He prefers to avoid talking about his problems, and can be a little paranoid around bigger cats. He prefers the open spaces near WindClan territory, and can often be found near their border, where he feels safe to walk around (of course, the sight of a patrol sends him fleeing through the woods). He may feel jealous of others (especially his brother, who's just his size and yet has amazing skills in fighting) because he's not big and strong and he can't defend his Clan as much as he wants to - his perceived notion of being worthy to be in a Clan is a little skewed, and he may have low self esteem due to this, and he doesn't see the potential he has to become a worthy warrior no matter his size.
I'm probably not quite on the nose, haha.

Name Reasoning: I don't mind Smallfoot's name too badly, but Tinyclaw has room for improvement. The reason is because there are a lot of size-implying names that can also easily apply to brown tabbies, so he has a lot more options than his brother.
Alternative Name: Wrenclaw/Acornclaw. Both prefixes are for a small brown cat.

Character Reasoning: Time to theorize again. (It's usually helpful to actually describe the personalities instead of letting me wonder, because then you get me rattling about characters that don't even belong to me.)
No one really expected a little cat to have a talent for fighting, which is what he employs in training bouts with apprentices. He can be a little aggressive when his ego's hurt, because he has so much pride in his skills that he really shouldn't have. He's smart, though, and has learned over time exactly how to use his weight and size against an opponent. He's fast enough to get around his enemy and keeps them spinning trying to get to him. He works very hard to build up as much strength as he can, and often needs to be reminded to come back to camp and get some rest because he gets into a flow. He can be a little oblivious to his brother's envy, and will happily boast about how that "big tom in ShadowClan couldn't even get a hold on me!".

Ah, thank you for clearing that up. Then, yes, she's fine to be a deputy, just so long as she's had an apprentice!

I do think that -cloud fits her, but she does have some ability in hunting, as you said, and skill goes over personality, even when she becomes a queen (she'll return to being a warrior once she's done raising her kits, and I doubt it will diminish).
Alternative Name: Snow-whisker. -whisker is for a great hunter, which she is/was.

Yeah, you are about right, i have never really used these guys in stories, so i don't exactly know their personalities, but i like what you put.i think i will change tinyclaws name to what you put. T
