Selene walked up the stairs to Lindin's room and knocked on the door.

"If you're trying to pull it off, it's sort of attached to me", RustMoon said and smirked at Light. She had determination, that was for sure.

Lindin chuckled and shook his head. "As long as you don't have any issues with Selene, you'll be fine", he said cheerfully.

"If you're looking for Lin, he's gone", muttered a voice. It came from a man at the base of the stairs who was walking by.

Alex smiled "Um well were not the best of friends but it might work out"she said feeling better then she quickly took off down towards the city. As soon as she was close she turn back to normal and started walking towards the pack of Darkness hoping they would accept her. (She knows he can catch up to her)

"Ah," Selene said the air wooshing out of her lungs. Was he gone for good? That was what she had planned on asking him, if he had wanted to go. She would have understood if he did. Why be in the dark when you could be with the secrets? Plus the girl he liked was there... "And who are you?" Selene asked the man before he disappeared.

Lindin put his arm around Alex and walked with her quietly. "You going to be okay?", he asked lightly.

"I'm his father", the man said and gave a sharp toothed smile that was just like to Lindin's, "I'm Cortes, nice to meet you Selene".

Selene looked at the man a bit shocked. She had thought that Lindin's father was dead, but that obviously wasn't the case. "Pleasure to meet you as well," she muttered as she sat down on the stair case again, staring at the door, a blank expression on her face.

Light growled and tugged harder on his tail
Dark sneered at them and turned away

"yeah i will be fine now lets go meet the pack"she said happily and walking along with him.

Cortes leaned against the wall and studied Alex. "So, you're Serdin's kid, huh?", he asked after a minute.

"There you go!", RustMoon laughed, "Keep that up and maybe you will some day". With a quick flick of his tail, he pulled it out of Light's mouth and kept it above her head.

"You'll absoulutely hate it, I'm sure", Lindin smiled.

"Yep, surprised?" Selene asked calmly as she turned the same calm stare that she and Serdin both had onto Cortes.
