The just decided to change the name in english and the also changed the name of the characters (in america). In german it's just named Detektiv Conan and the names are the same.
Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru is 'Betrayal knows my name' in english and 'Fesseln des Verrats' in german (means something like 'Chains of Betrayal').

I read somewhere that there was some kind of copyright issue with the name Detective Conan. I don't really know any more details though. Really, even 'Detective Conan' I think is a shortened name of the actual title. When the title is always said at the beginning of the show, it is read 'Meitantei Conan' which literally means "The Great Detective Conan'.

I would only try it if you are very confident with your computer drawing skills. That is why no manga has been drawn on the computer for me, I much prefer pen and paper.
