A h0nker is a rubbery, short, beaked dog like creature that does not specifically fit in to any genus, technically making them a dragon. They have three toes on each foot, and they're skin must be hydrated. With out water, they will become dry, and unhappy. this may result in death, or they'll just get rather sick for a while. The ears of a h0nker lie back a little bit, and while they can hear pretty good, they may sometimes choose to ignore you. The tail of a honker is much like that of an aligator's, but without the spikes. the tail is pretty much used for balance like most animals, but it can be used as a short fishing rod, or simply to save another h0nker's soul. the skin of a h0nker's can be easily gripped by other rubber like things, including other H0nkers.

Most H0nkers live in aquatic places, near the beach or a river or simply a pond. they may live indoors, but must have access to the bath, or an outdoor pool.They also like aquatic plants for eating, and sometimes just to sit on and rest on.

H0nkers eat a lot of things and aren't too picky. They normally eat reeds and grasses, but can be vicious carnivores if needed. They eat two ways, one by throwing up a acid, or two, by chewing it normally.The two things they eat most are: 1. Rue Reed, a highly thick and painful to eat reed for normal animals, but for honkers they're just the best. They are called "Rue" Because once you eat one, you'd probably regret it. 2. Marotticas A marottica is a adorable cross between and uncertain amount of animals, and it's a pest rodent. Not many pests are tasty, so that's where H0nkers come in. The two have been at war for very long, the H0nkers of course, always win because they are much larger and stronger. excuse on a few cases, but for the most part h0nkers eat them.More info about Marotticas here.

A h0nker is more likely to run up to you and hug you than you are yourself. They are very social creatures, and love to meet new animals and people. They commonly will just waddle up to your and snap onto your head, only getting off if you pull them off. They can be quite stubborn at times, so beware. If one is extremely happy, it may bring 'gifts' to you. it could ranges from food, to things that don't even seemingly exist.
