Some Ecchi Animes I watched are:
Mahou Sensei Negima! - some breasts, but it's not really part of the story
Rosario to Vampire - it's just part of the story and also fanservice, but I think it's ok
Najica Blitz Tactics - Never seen so much fanservice in one anime, but it's still funny
Onegai Teacher - the story is good, I recommend it
He is My Master - many breasts and maid costums in this one, but it's also very funny

Its pretty cool! Its only annoying in the respect that it has English Subtitles when its Dubbed...but still worth it! Totally worth the $6

A member of the club asked about this and wanted some clarification.

And I'm fine if someone wants to say "I feel as though so-and-so is possibly a hentai/borderline," but only if it was a warning. I think it's fine if someone talks about certain scenes (that are NOT smutty) from an smutty series that they enjoyed, so long as they warned that the series was smutty. It's also fine if you say "so-and-so was an artist of a hentai as well as another series" (as in the case of H.O.T.D.). However, it's NOT ok if one talks about why a series should be considered ecchi/hentai/borderline, such as breasts or other body parts. I apologize if there was any confusion. I do not believe the punishment should be considered "harsh," seeing as this a children's website, and as such should be treated as one.
