Do you find it hard to choose which character to get art of from a certain artist?

usually my main characters or sonas end up getting the art

over 200 of my OCs have no art and then one of my sonas has 130+, another has slightly under 100, another about 60, another 15+, and another nearly 30
i just really like my sonas

Creamsicle has around ~14 pieces, although if we include all of my sketches/drawings/warm up pictures that are somewhere in my art folder, definitely over 50; if we include doodles in margin well over 200 lmao.

[b]What are your tips for character development?[/b]

My biggest tip is for writing histories or the such; remember that everything 'triggers' something else. Thoughts are fairly linear, and in interesting stories the reader will be able to catch those details in the events that lead to where the character currently is. This especially goes for forms when you're trying out! If you mention that your character's favourite possession is a pushie from their grandfather, mention their grandfather in the story at some point so people know why it's significant. Otherwise characters/stories appear really shallow.

also, in my upcoming theatre course we're focusing on character development. if i come by anything that would work well for OCs, would anyone be interested?

What are your tips for character development?
I've actually been doing development by thinking how my characters would live in the world I've made/making for them and how they would interact with others. Like locket is kind of timid and scared but he's also treated with disdain and distrust because most the other skull heads in the area are known for their darker actions
