((This is like.... the first time in forever we've all been on at the same time, RPing))

Kenna, knowing the danger had passed, transformed tiredly back into her human form. She winced as a wound on her leg that hadn't bothered her in her stronger form suddenly stung into pain. It was bearable, though, and she quietly watched the girl she had been walking with rushing to injured people. She felt a bit awkward and useless standing there; she off-handedly wondered if there was any way she could help.

Erin snickered, her feline mouth stretching into a tired grin. "I'm sure he's fine," she reassured him, nodding in agreement to the kitty powers comment. She grinned back at him, also trying to block out the battle repercussions surrounding them on all sides.

Tamby looked surprised then shocked then a little worried as Saranu's behavior switched from almost calm to frantic in what seemed like seconds. She wasn't sure how to stop him, and she was starting to be afraid he might hurt Piper. She flinched slightly as she heard the roof shift above them. "The roof," she said in unison with Piper.
((Speaking of which, I wonder where Tori is right now, I can't remember. She could probably calm Saranu down. I doubt she would wander into a unstable building and happen to find them though XD))

Tyler smiled warmly from ear to ear up at her. He didn't bother to wait and see if she could get down, and reached up for the lowest branch, pulling himself up. He managed to get up to where she was without much difficulty -only a few times of banging his wings against a branch and a quick mutter that followed it. Soon enough, though, he was balancing on two branches and standing next to where she was sitting. "It's alright now," he said softly, wrapping his arms around her and rubbing a soothing circle on her shoulder with his thumb. "I won't let anything happen to you." Although he seemed fairly calm on the outside, only his hands shook slightly from the relief and worry.

((Omg, we're all on!:O Wait... before I respond-the roof is collapsing again?o_O I thought they were outside. I was referring to the roof he caught before... Oh, and let's see... I guess any of my people can be kidnapped, unless it would make no sense. Like Shade is too busy trying to stop himself from killing people to be gone right now. That's why he's not looking for Chase, btw.))

"He? Who's he?" Noami shook her head quickly, she didn't have time to get fussy over the details when this boy was in so much pain. It tugged at her heart to have to keep prying rather than healing him immediately, as was her instinct, but she needed to know more. "What kind of poison is it, do you know? I can try some, but..." Oh this was ridiculous. The priestess reached out and placed her hands, as gently as she possibly could, over the festering wound. The poison must have been brutal. Already the wound seemed infected, oozing blood and pus and reeking of rot and disease. It was absolutely disgusting, but the flesh-eating aspect of the venom was at least enough to tell Noami what it was. Brown recluse... how had somebody gotten hold of recluse venom? Those things were impossible to catch. No matter though, she forced herself to ignore the bile rising in her throat and shut her eyes tight, sending a flow of almost tangible energy through her specialized gloves and into him, forcing herself to calm down so that her power would help him to.

Urick returned the smile pleasantly, looking down at her beautiful figure and becoming so entranced, as he always was, that he forgot for a moment that she couldn't see his face through his dragoon armor. "Oh, right. That sounds good, I hope everyone is okay..." The paladin trailed off, concern creeping into his heavily accented voice. Yes, he had seen a few of them, but not everyone was accounted for.

Not far away Kenyon, still in his overly large werewolf form, leapt and bound across the field, passing over the dead without allowing himself to look down. The scent of blood was overpowering, so overpowering he could barely manage to keep track of Jake's scent... but he could, just barely. His heart pounded anxiously, fear for the boy overriding all other thought. If he'd been hurt there would be blood to pay; a lot of it. he didn't care if he had to storm the police HQ, if anybody had harmed his Jakey they would regret it, plain and simple.

That fight had been a failure, and they all knew it. Nobody would admit it though, and as they had managed to ensure a few casualties on the other side none of the cops seemed too worried about anything other than their own fallen ranks. Zarek, every fiber of his body aching with pain and the still-present adrenaline brought on by anxiety, wanted nothing more than to fall asleep on the lounge's couch. But nobody would stop talking. "What was the point of capturing anybody anyway?" "I don't know, you'd have to ask Ward." "Man, that was such a waste of time. My bruiseshave bruises, who's going to fix us up?" "Stop complaining, have you seen some of the other guys? Jackson (random name...) lost an arm, and the amount of blood coming from Trevor..." "hey, anybody got coffee?" Zarek grimaced and buried his head in his hands, trying to block out the noise. But that was impossible, especially with all the captives in the same room... no, he wasn't going to look at those guys. Not even when everyone else left and it was just him and maybe one of those idiot cops on guard duty-he wasn't going to look.

((They were inside, and Saranu was holding the roof from the beginning. Or at least that's what I remember. Jake is going to be kidnapped, as we agreed on before, but I forgot what other characters of mine were kidnapped. I think it was just Jake? Anyways, I I know that Shade wouldn't be looking for Chase, it just gives him something to talk about.))

"I'll kill him if he's fine for giving me all this stress," Chase growled jokingly, "And if he's dead, well, thank the cops for doing the job for me." He didn't know how he was still joking around and keeping a calm mind about this. Despite the jokes, he was confident to know that out of all the demons in the school, Shade was going to be the one to be lively and ready to kick more ass.

Rubis kept herself as close as she could to Tyler and pressed her face against his neck, as if she was hiding her neck. "It's not, I know it won't be. Not with those humans around," The fire elemental protested and hugged Tyler tighter. "I wish it would get better." To the last thing he said, Rubis kissed his cheek and nuzzled his neck again. "Thank you..." She trailed off, choked up from reuniting with Tyler.

At first, Leonor wished that she would shut up and help get rid of the poison, and panic rose in him. Let me live... He thought, and at the same moment, she started to heal him. At first, he felt warm energy touching his leg and flowing into his body. Fortunately, he felt like the poison was being pulled out and life returning to his body. With a sigh of relief, he still didn't know if he was safe or not, but it was better than being dangerously close to death.

((Oh, I think we missed something here.xD Saranu had been holding up the roof for awhile, but then Tamby helped him keep it long enough for him to leave after everyone else had gotten out from under it, and then they left to some other safe place. Yay for kidnapping!:D I sound like a creep now. Oh... I didn't know he was talking about Shade, I just figured I'd mention that. Oopsies. Anyway, if more people need kidnapping I have a bunch of random characters. Like "Item" or however we mispronounced his name.))

"There, that's the best I can do." Noami apologized, pulling her hands with mild relief away from the unsightly wound. "You'll have to go to Annabell and Judith if you want to get it all out, but you'll be fine until then." She spared another glance at the war-torn field and winced sympathetically, realizing the two nurses would be more than busy with all the wounded. She wondered what they were going to do with the dead, but that wasn't really her job. She was concerned with the living and the dying, but once you were beyond help there was no more reason to fuss. "Thanks for helping me around, Kenna." The priestess added quickly a moment later, her gaze shifting to the phoenix and reminding her the girl was still there.

OOC: Omg hi people. I'm back, in all my spaztic glory! Or semi-glory or whatever. Is there anybody I can have Shayne, Brice or Katie talk to? Aww... Brice has no charge because Veraway's gone. This makes me sad. And what about Lia and Zarek? Boo, no more drama there. Maybe that's why she left, though I doubt it immensely. Ooh~ Guess what I got?! *Is spaztic*

((That's odd. Anyways, I'm never tempted to rip out Aaron's throat since he never seems to annoy me. Then again, I annoy you a lot. Plus he never insults me or hits me, so why would I exactly be tempted to rip out his throat?))

((Will I seem awful if I say "I told you so" here? Just saw this when I was skimming through and feel like a future prediction person. Still... I do want to hit that boy. Hard. *Ahem* Anyway, Fall, Brice probably needs a new person to guard, but let's see... maybe Piper? I mean, it doesn't have to be romantic or anything, but her life sucks like hell, and if these people who don't need them get angels maybe she should too? We can just pretend Lia never happened with him... besides, Saranu's semi-hurting her so that'd be a reason to go help.^^" No idea about the other two. Shayne could be helping Bell carry injured people back? Because he turns into a Pegasus and stuff... Anyway, we need to decide what to do with veraway's characters. Do we just kill them all? If so most can have died in the battle, but I really really want Saranu to kill Aislyn. Or Acton too, or both, because they would both have reason and would both love to do it.

I approve on the whole guardian angel thing for Piper, I don't mind at all. That'd be pretty cool. ;P It can be all buisness-like and make Piper feel awkward/grateful/shy/safe at the same time. xD OH MY GOD YES for the helping the nurses out (don't forget Judy!). As for Veraway's characters, I don't know... Do you think we should ignore that they exist for now? In case she comes back... I don't know. D; I liked Leo and the fallen angel guy (crap, I even forgot his name). And she was a very loyal member, who disappeared completely out of nowhere. Do you think we should give her till Winter Break?

BIC: damn, where had that shaman girl gone? Shayne's muzzle twitched with annoyance as he tossed his head around and stamped his foot impatiently. Somewhere amid the trouble of trying to stay alive the girl had been separated from him and was hopefully still alive, but the smell of blood and corpses was so strong he would never have been able to deduce which scent was hers. Shayne's tail began to swish back and forth, nearly slapping the face of a very confused and possibly injured passerby. Well, good for him. Suddenly the Pegasus hybrid's head shot up with an intensity better suiting a hound dog than a horse like being as the sound of voices came to his ears. The silence had been so stifling he was surprised to hear people speaking. It almost seemed wrong, but he could see the girls causing the sound were too intent on healing those too injured to move to care. That was good, silence was... unnerving. Snorting with mild indignation to clear away the feeling he tossed his head once more and let out a loud whinny, bending uncomfortably to his knees if anybody looked. Go on, the pose said, I can carry them. Just come here and let me.

Brice's heart was pounding, much more loudly than it should have been. The war was over, the adrenaline gone, so why the hell was his neck still prickling like that? Danger... but from what? The dead around him weren't likely to suddenly attack, unless Char was feeling particularly asshole-ish today. The angel's wings flapped with anxiety for a moment before he took a deep breath and forced himself to walk on, searching for the cause of his unease. God, what had happened to swords? Those had been bad enough, but now men were killing each other with long exploding cylinders that shot projectile death at foes. It was sick. Was he grateful for modern inventions like plumbing and light? Hell yes he was, but guns could not exist if he had a say in it. Eventually Brice's instincts lead him to an unscarred clearing, brimming over with weaker students and shy looking humans... and one orange-haired girl being harassed by mood-ring boy. Crap. Unsure why he didn't think to make sure there was a problem he darted over, clearing the space in a few seconds thanks to his wings, and halting gracefully beside Saranu, an anxious but steady glare on his face. "You're hurting her, stand down!"
