Ariessa Wolfe
As he came closer, the donkey shifted, before becoming quite a familiar face. Ari smirked, though the happiness was evident in the glimmer of her eyes, the simply perked up aura about her. She always felt happy round good company, though anyone who didn't know her often couldn't tell. As he responded cheerfully, Ari's smirk widened, happy that her friend seemed to be doing well."Nice. You got the sizes?" She asked casually as she turned, starting to move towards the market. She knew the bird would want some meat, bread and perhaps some vegetables would be good. Ari often didn't put much thought into cooking, and thus sometimes even cooked them directly on her hearth, which had earned a little bit of disapproval, but honestly, what was a hearth but a giant fire? She usually was quite particular with her workplace, but she didn't mind the fire. Anything that dropped got burnt up, anyway, her fire wasn't exactly very weak. When she even bothered to eat healthy, it consisted of army type stew, everything avalible simply dumped into a large pot of boiling water. Pot supplied by her, of course. It was quite handy being a blacksmith, sometimes. Looking at Nick next to her, she decided she was in a good mood and so mentally added alcohol to the list. She had money to spare for the time being.
Her shopping list decided, Ari looked at Nick curiously. "So, how was your morning?" Seeing his job was in the palace, he had a set time to wake, unlike her, and it was quite early, so he probably already had a start to his day. She hadn't seen him in a while, so for a while she chose to simply enjoy another's presence.
