Name Reasoning: My main issue is with Sky-, rather than -tail. Skies come in many, colors: grey, blue, black, reddish, etc. That's why we have names like Morning-, Dawn-, Dusk-, and Night-. They also give the time of day the sky is that color. Sky- is too vague, and generally not suggested.
I see no real issue with -tail. He's very agile and I assume easily climbs trees or jumps around, which -tail covers.
Alternative Name: Bluetail. He's a blue cat, after all, and -tail's just fine.

Character Rating: 7/10
Character Reasoning: His personality is just fine, so I have no problems there. My main issue is that his skills seem to be all over the place. Strength denotes fighting skills (claw), speed is for running (foot), and agility and athletics are sort of the same thing (tail). If I were you, I would tone down the strength and speed, and keep the agility. A cat that's strong has to be bulky, a cat that's fast has to be lean and wiry, an agile cat has to be flexible and slim, etc. All of those are unlikely to exist in the same cat!

Reasoning: I've seen (and suggested) Silver- many, many times on this thread alone. My understanding is that Silver- is merely a prettier (occasionally tabbied) version of Grey-, and it remains popular for that reason. The truth is, no matter how you describe it, it's still a grey cat. I'm ranking you a little harshly because, frankly, I'm tired of seeing Silver-. One could be so much more original.
As for -pool, a few other people have given their cat what I will call "metaphorical" names (Silvershadow, Poisondove), where a segment of their name is used to poetically refer to a cat's features. Exhausting for everyone, and pretty useless for the reasons below.
Pools come in all sorts of colors - clear, blue, green, brown, etc. Along with this, if this was to refer to her swimming skills, -stream's got you covered (and I'm assuming you don't want a cat named Silverstream).
Alternative Name: Rainpelt/Smokepelt. Rain- is for a lighter grey tabby, and Smoke- is for a regular, grey/silver tabby.

Name Type: Traditional
Name Reasoning: While his fur's a little oddly patterned, it is all grey, like it should be. Likewise, I (mostly) approve of his suffix. Intelligence in and of itself is not worthy to note unless its being put to use, and it looks like he is. My suggestion is to name him for his battle tactics, though - any cat named -claw is still capable of being brilliant (that's why they're so good at fighting, after all).
Alternative Name: Stoneclaw, for the reasons above. Stonepelt is a perfectly fine name on its own, but this is just my suggestion. (And yes, I do see that he's peaceful - that doesn't take away from his brilliance.)

Character Reasoning: I can't really think of any issues with him that need to be addressed. He sounds like perfect deputy material, and I can see the Clan prospering under his reign as leader, and having a hard time being beaten in battle. Good job!
