"Yea, how long will it take to heal?" Lupus said quietly, raising his paw so it would be easier to pull out the glass. The pad of his paw was stained red, the shard of glass poking out.

(I don't mean to be rude, but you said Scarlet was an albino, correct? True albinos have red or pink eyes, not blue. I believe you meant she was just a white husky, which in that case, she could have blue eyes.)

[Echos]

(I guess she could have red eyes. It would suit her name better)

[Arrows]

"As long as you don't do anything to get it infected again, maybe in just five sun-ups. Shouldn't be two long until the wound had at least closed." Then, he bent down and clenched his teeth around the shard, trying not to cut his own mouth. Montana Joe braced himself, and seemed to mentally count to three before he gave a large tug. The glass popped right out. Mojo spat it out, cleaned Lupus' wound with wet moss quickly, and then applied the poultice. He didn't want time for anything to go wrong. "All done. Come back tomorrow and I'll look at it. I wouldn't go back out a lot today. If it hurts bad, I can give you poppy seeds and you can go to your nest. Try to stay off of it, and don't put too much pressure on it." His voice was fast and the words sped out. Then, he paused. "Hey, y'know where Brook is? I saw you talking to her."

Lupus bit back a growl when Mojo pulled the glass out, simply wincing instead. He got up, gingerly putting a little weight on his paw. "Ok, I will." He smirked slightly at Mojo slightly, replying "Why do you wanna know? Do Mojo here have a crush? And if you really want to know, last I saw her was by the dumpster, next to my nest." He gave a nod in the direction of the dumpster at the edges of camp, and his nest which consisted of a much too small and falling apart cardboard box and a couple sheets of newspaper. "I told her to go chase her tail"

[Arrows]

Mojo's face became red, and the healer's embarrassment got to him. He gave a slight growl, "Watch it." The dog warned. He then nodded thankfully and stomped in the direction Lupus had said. When he got closer, the Golden Retriever peeked around the dumpster. "Hey Brook?" He rounded the corner in hope of seeing her.

[Echos]

"I think ill take a nap." Scarlet says curling up in her nest.

Lupus smiled slightly, watching Mojo poke his head behind the dumpster. He cast a longing look at the small prey pile, but forced his eyes away. The dog knew he wouldn't get to eat until everyone else had. By then, what meager prey they had would be reduced to a few bites. He began to groom himself, making his black and white fur shine. He accidentally lapped his injured paw, wrinkling his snout at the bitter taste.

[Echos]

Scarlet wakes up from her short nap. She sees Lupus looking at the prey pile. She walks over to it and grabs out a plump rabbit. Then she walks over to Lupus. She glances around to make sure nobody was watching then she laid the rabbit at Lupus's paws "You hungy?" She asks even though she knows hes an Omega.

Lupus looks gratefully up at the white husky above him. Quietly, in almost a whisper, he said "Yea. Thanks. I mean it." Scarlet was quite a bit taller than him, his head coming up to about her neck. The black and white dog hesitated for a second, not used to eating something first. Tentatively, he braced the rabbit against the pavement with his paws, and took a bite from the flank. Once he had devoured about half the rabbit, he licked the blood off his muzzle and said to Scarlet, "You probably want to pretend that I stole the rabbit so you don't get in trouble for helping me. Beat me up and make a big show." Then in an undertone, he added raising his injured paw in front of his face, "Just try not to marr this beauty, ok?" he chuckled slightly

Scarlet smiled and shook her head. "Why would i beat you up after helping you?" She says "Hurry up before anyone sees." She says looking around t make sure nobody was watching.
