They usually do. c: A lot of people got the Nonjewel in the re-releases.

oh, that does explain alot, i feel i may be scared if my omgsr , goes to a vr because so many people have the flower....

Yeah, but if you think about it, all the flower pots that are going to be out are out. The 18th is passed and there isn't any way to get it again until next 18th. So all the flowers that are in circulation are already counted.

I am quite new to CS, so I am not sure about how the rarity system works, but why are there OMGSRs all over the lists and not just at the top?

I believe that's because the list is organized not just by rarity, but demand. Demand is how much people want it/will trade for it, so it doesn't affect the rarity bar but it does affect the overall value. So some OMGSRs have so little demand that they're worth less than VRs that people want a lot :3 That and, pets on un-trading accounts & in hoards still count towards the overall number of pets, which is what rarity is based on, so there might be less of a VR in circulation because someone has hoarded most of them away, so they're more valuable than an OMGSR that no one's hoarding, so there are a lot you can trade around.
